Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition can be returned for an exchange within 15 days of the customer’s receipt of order. A $5 return handling fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable.
Packages must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as FedEx or UPS). CODs will not be accepted.
SingleTease is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. SingleTease will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.
To return an item:
1. Send an email to hello@singletease.com
2. Include your account number and the item you wish to return
3. An email confirmation will be provided with the return address
4. Once we receive the returned item and the terms above have been met, your PayPal account will be credited the purchase price minus the $5 handling fee.
Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund or replacement.
Damaged and/or Defective Products
Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. SingleTeasae will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier.
